Top quality at fair prices
Select your firelighters from 3 different categories.
Our customers' favourite firelighters are those made from natural wood. We sell ecological fireplace and grill lighters made from wood shavings and wax, as well as charcoal, fireplace and grill lighters made from wood and wax. They are of top quality and available in different packaging units.
Our ecological fireplace and grill lighters consist of purely ecological wood shavings obtained from poplar wood (softwood), a fast-growing resource. These firelighters are soaked in wax and burn for approx. 8 minutes. They can easily be used for lighting fireplaces or charcoal grills. Neither soot nor harmful residues are generated during the combustion process. This type of firelighter is available in individual packaging sizes: 32 blocks & 1 kg or 2 kg bags. Our ecological wood shavings are particularly interesting, because they come with striking heads and an additional striking surface.
Brown charcoal, fireplace and grill lighters consist of pressed wood soaked in wax. These cube-shaped firelighters are available in 24-cube boxes (content: 1 plate with 24 cubes), 32-cube boxes (content: 1 plate with 32 cubes), 64-cube boxes (content: 2 plates with 32 cubes each) and 96-cube boxes (content: 3 plates with 32 cubes each, or loose cubes packed in a paper bag). Since the cubes are pre-punched, they can easily be broken off and removed, which makes handling very easy. Besides, they burn for approx. 8 minutes.
We also offer white firelighters made from kerosene or paraffin. As is the case with our brown firelighters, the white version is also delivered in the form of plates with pre-punched cubes. They are available in packages of 32, 64 or 96 cubes.
Our liquid firelighters come in 1-litre bottles. They are used as grill firelighters, odour-neutral gel fuel for gel fireplaces and fire pots, lamp oil for kerosene lamps, and as fuel paste for fondue sets, hot stones and raclette grills.
Our firelighters made from wood and wax are manufactured according to ISO EN 1860-3. They are very economical and can be stored over a long period of time when kept dry. GLS will deliver them directly to your door within 1-2 working days upon receipt of your order.
